Refund policy

Because all products at The Grumpy Teen are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color preferences, or change of mind. All sales are final for non-defective items.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund — no need to return the item.

Please note: minor variations in print placement (within 0.5 inches) are standard for direct-to-garment printing and are not considered defects.
